Yasiel Elizagary Cardenas, born on 23 July 1987 in the Province of Sancti Spiritus, Cuba. He first studied art and writing at the EIA Vladislav Volkov and continued his education as an instructor in visual arts. Afterwards he continued his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts, Oscar Fernandez Morerain Trinidad, Cuba. Since 2008, he has established himself strongly in the Cuban art scene. He participates in many exhibitions and has already won several prizes and awards. He is an extremely versatile painter. In addition to common serial art for the galleries of Trinidad, he always tries new techniques and shows himself willing to experiment. We are curious to see where his artistic journey will take him.
