Miami, Florida - August 25, 2026. Miami Dade College West Campus and the Doral International Art Fair (DIAF) present WATER TRAIL | Rastro de agua, a group exhibition curated by researcher and art critic Félix Suazo. The exhibition opens on September 15, 2026, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and remains on view through October 23 at MDC West Campus, 3800 NW 115th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33178.
The project brings together five contemporary artists: Julia Zurilla, Emilia Martín Fierro, Zura Lagarde, Samara Ash, and Alexandra de Yavorsky. Through photography, painting, and sculpture, their works approach water as both material presence and connecting idea.

The exhibition considers water through physical, existential, and symbolic perspectives. Across the selected works, it becomes a way to reflect on origins, the passage of time, natural phenomena, social realities, personal experience, and the persistence of memory.
MoCAA participates as an institutional collaborator alongside the City of Doral and the Centro Cultural Español in Miami (CCE Miami), supporting an initiative that connects academic, cultural, and artistic communities while opening Doral's new art season during Hispanic Heritage Month.
The opening is free and open to the public. Event information and the original announcement were published by Doral Family Journal.
